Each assignment is treated with 100% confidentiality. Every effort will go into screening and interviewing of candidates taking data privacy into highest consideration. For mid-level to top-level assignments, the assigned Hunter will submit a Candidate Analysis Report (CAR), giving Client a list of candidates' profile. During the interview evaluation, we will make sure that working reference checks, and educational transcripts are being checked before presenting candidates. Other assessment tests, due diligence or background checks specially catered will be taken into consideration at cost to Clients. In the final stage of interviewing process, we will assist in the management of salary negotiations and expectation of other matters.
