8Hunters Candidate Referral and BONUS Program

8hunters International is reaching out to talented people all over the globe! Our Candidate Referral Program creates a platform for the public to refer their friends who are seeking job opportunities...... and get rewarded when the referred candidate is hired as a permanent employee of our clients. The more successful candidates you refer, the more you earn. It is our little way to thank and appreciate your contribution.

Terms and Conditions of the program:

1.	Only one person is eligible to receive the reward for a referral. In the event a candidate is submitted by multiple persons, only the first referenced referral will be considered.
2.	The amount to be rewarded will depend on the seniority of the position offered. The minimum reward shall be One Hundred Singapore dollar (S$100) and the maximum reward shall be One Thousand Singapore dollar (S$1000).
3.	The amount rewarded shall be paid out within 60 days following the commencement date of work of the referred candidate at our client's organization. This is provided that the referred candidate is still in the employment of our client before the paid out period.
4.	The reward amount shall be paid in Singapore Dollar (S$).
5.	If you refer three (3) or more candidates that are successfully hired by our clients within the same calendar year, you will get an additional attractive $$$ BONUS reward!
6.	The Referral Program does not apply to referrals for any temporary, contract or part-time positions.
7.	All information provided online for the referral program and hiring decision shall remain strictly confidential.
8.	To participate in the Referral Program, the referral must submit relevant information by clicking "Join Our Candidate Referral Program".
9.	After our initial contact with the referred candidate, he/she must submit resume through 8Hunters online application system available at www.8hunters.com and must reference your name and contact information as the person who referred them.
10.	8Hunters International Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Referral Program or any part thereof at its discretion. Should the Referral Program be discontinued, any referral in process shall be handled with proper follow up.
